Personal Coaching focuses on reframing an individual's view. Like holding up a mirror. Sometimes it is easier for someone else to do this. A personal coach can facilitate. Taking cluttered information from inside our heads, and presenting it in a more coherent format, to the outside world, helps us shape it into something more workable.
Your coach will work with you through encouraging, summarising and supporting to enable you to move your thinking. Clients may undertake a number of face-to-face sessions over a period of 3 to 4 months, each session lasting between 50 and 90 minutes. There is no minimum number of sessions, each client outlines how they wish to work.
